How much does shipping cost?

Free standard shipping on all orders over $100.  

All orders below $100 have a flat rate shipping fee of $10.  

Australia Post Express $18.95. 

International shipping via Australia Post International (New Zealand only) Price to be determined at time of checkout. 

Order Processing Time 

We strive to process and pack your orders with care and efficiency. Please allow 2-3 days for order handling before they are ready for shipping (unless you have purchased express postage. Once your order is prepared, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship internationally to New Zealand only. 

What shipping carriers do you use? 

We use Aramex and Australia Post to deliver our parcels. 

How do I track my order? 

Once you place your order, you will be sent tracking information and will receive notifications as to when you can expect your order.

One of my products is damaged or missing, what do I do?

Please email us at hello@curatedtopamper.com.au if any product in your box has been damaged or is missing. Please ensure to advise us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

What is your refund policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to initiate a return or exchange, please refer to our dedicated Returns and Refunds Policy here for detailed instructions. The policy outlines eligibility criteria, timeframes, and any associated restocking fees, if applicable. If you prefer to, you can email us at hello@curatedtopamper.com.au and we will happily assist you.  

How long will a refund take? 

Once we receive your returned order, we will determine that they are as new and a refund will be processed the next business day. Depending on your bank, it can take 7- 14 business days to be returned to your account. 

What payment options do you accept? 

We offer credit card, Afterpay and bank deposit.  

Do you offer corporate gifting?

How do you source your products? 

We carefully and thoughtfully curate each item and product for each pamper box. We work with the best of the best in Australian brands, and only products that we know and love make it into our luxury boxes.
